The Real Madrid coaches, who would be assisted by a team of assistant coaches, will be conducting the training in Bangkok. They are the same coaches who work with their own Real Madrid youth team in Spain.
The coaching methods and training regime will be based on the current programs in Real Madrid current youth development program. Real Madrid Foundation’s coaches are UEFA Certified and will provide a level of coaching that is rarely accessible in Asia.
The clinic’s training is designed around the philosophies of one of the world’s greatest football teams Real Madrid CF. The youth training programme uses the same training techniques that are taught at their famous 'La Fábrica' in the Ciudad Real Madrid, a $120 million development that has produced players like goalkeeper Ikar Casillas who is considered to be the best in the world. Clinic participants will have the unique opportunity of being coached and trained in methods used by not only players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez, Sergio Ramos, but many of the world’s top football stars.
The Foundation Real Madrid clinic training will be conducted over a 5 days period from 20th April 2014 to 24th April 2015 for children aged 7 to 18 years of age. The clinic participants will train daily from 1630H to 1800H during this period of 5 days at the Harrow International School football field.
In addition, as part of the clinic’s social responsibility (CSR) and commitment to giving back to our local community, we will work together with Harrow International School and Hilton Hotel Sukhumvit to sponsor and offer the same opportunity to a group of 20 to 30 disadvantaged children. Training will be held from 1400H to 1530H daily for a period of 5 days for this group of underprivileged children. Training will also take place at the Harrow International school football field. Through this partnership we hope to bring a once in a lifetime experience into the lives of underprivileged children in Thailand.
Foundation Real Madrid Clinic 2015 Bangkok is a football clinic which supports healthy growth of children through sports and sports education. With the training session provided by Real Madrid coaches & their assistant coaches, the participants will learn football the Spanish way, character building and developing social skills whilst having great fun playing the game and experiencing a once in a lifetime experience.
