Throughout February and March at basil diners can enjoy a selection of creative mojitos that are perfect for pairing with the restaurant’s award-winning Thai cuisine. The refreshing blends include exotic passion fruit, mango, watermelon, raspberry, tangerine, and classic lime. Diners can order a set of three mojitos for just Baht 650++.

In February basil’s Chef Kesinee also adds exciting new dishes to her popular samunprai Thai or Thai herb menu. A master of the complex flavors of her native cuisine, the award-winning chef uses indigenous herbs liberally in soups, stir fries, seafood dishes, and curries. Lovers of authentic flavors can discover neua yang khamin, grilled marinated beef sirloin with turmeric, and yam goong bai cha om thod, spicy prawn salad with fried acacia leaf, and more.

basil is located on level 1 of Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. Decorated in contemporary Thai style, an interesting feature of the restaurant is a large communal table just inside the main entrance where guests can sit and enjoy a quick plate of noodles or a light one-dish meal. The restaurant’s main area and three private air-conditioned rooms are ideal for enjoying the à la carte selection with friends, family and business colleagues.

basil is open for lunch from 12.00 -14.30 (Monday - Friday) hours and dinner from 18.00 – 22.30 hrs (daily)
