Apart from being sponsored to compete in international competitions in an attempt to bring honor and pride to the country, ‘Thai sisters’ have been recently named as Betagro Global Ambassadors.

Betagro Group’s president Vasit Taepaisitphongse spoke at the press conference on Betagro Group’s sponsorship for two Thai professional golfers, Moriya Jutanugarn and Ariya Jutanugarn, to compete in international tournaments in the quest to achieve top global rankings. The professional golfers have also been appointed as Betagro Global Ambassadors.

The press conference was held at the Siam Country Club Pattaya Waterside, Chonburi.

Mr. Vasit said, a leader in the food manufacturing industry with an established reputation in quality and safety, Betagro Group always attach a lot of importance to promoting human resources development. In addition to human resources development within the food supply chain, we have also been continuously supporting the development of sports people, especially those in the county’s golf circles. We started from sponsoring Thongchai Jaidee, a Thai professional golfer who has been named the Best National Sportsman, and giving generous support to the Thongchai Jaidee Foundation whose main objective is to train the younger generation to become professional golfers. Now our support has been extended to Moriya and Ariya Jutanugarn, Thailand’s top female professional golfers who have taken home several championship titles from world-famous golf tournaments.

“The Jutanugarn sisters have a strong passion to succeed and continue improving their golf skills. Representing Thailand, they have explicitly shown their strengths in major, internationally renowned competitions, and brought home world-class reputations and pride of the nation. This is relevant to Betagro’s core policy to attach great significance to quality. I am certain that Pro Moriya and Pro Ariya will succeed further in their career and provide inspiration for young people as well as anyone who is interested in golf,” said Vasit.

To date, Betagro Group has appointed three sportspersons as “Betagro Global Ambassadors” which include Thongchai Jaidee, Moriya Jutanugarn and Ariya Jutanugarn.
