Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort Spas Italian restaurant, Brio receives the Thailand Tatler Best Restaurants 2015 award

Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa’s Italian Restaurant, Brio once again received the Thailand Tatler Best Restaurants award and this time for 2015. Brio had previously received this award in 2010 and 2011.

The readers of Thailand Tatler, the country’s leading luxury-lifestyle magazine, selected Brio for inclusion in the 2015 edition of Thailand Tatler Best Restaurants, the definitive guide to the best dining in Bangkok and upcountry. The main judging process included food writers visiting Brio, and dining as ‘mystery diners’ and rating the establishment on setting, food, wine and service.

Mr. Nigel Oakins, chairman of Blue Mango Publishing Co, Ltd hosted the launch of Thailand Tatler Best Restaurants 2015, which was held on 25th March 2015 at the ZEN Event Gallery, Central World.

Brio’s Italian Chef, Alessandro Giustiniani and Assistant Restaurant Manager, Ms. Ruethairat Trijaroenlap received the award certificate from Mr. Oakins. Well-known prominent guests and hospitality industry guests enjoyed and tasted fare from 42 award-winning restaurants that participated in the event. Chef Alessandro and his team showcased one of Brio’s signature dishes ‘Risotto al Nero de Seppoa e Astice’ (black squid ink risotto with main lobster), which was prepared ‘live’ at the event, receiving positive reviews from the guests.

Brio’s new menu highlights Chef Alessandro’s passion for healthy cooking, with a combination of great tastes using the freshest of local produce in fusion with techniques and concepts. With a cooking style that is sophisticated in flavours and presentation, Chef Alessandro adds exotic flavours that are common to Thailand, ensuring that each dish complements Brio’s 170-label Wine List.
