The cake of the month is “Mango Coconut Malibu Mousse”. The month of April introduces the onset of summer in Thailand, and brings to us the season of the mango fruit. Aside from this, the festive celebrations of “Songkran” are in full swing in this month. Therefore we decided to keep a theme with our cake that correlates with all these activities.
