Summer seasonal seafood and shellfish at Yamazato

Tuesday 12 May 2015 12:31
The signature Japanese restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok is famous for its seasonal seafood and shellfish shipped direct from markets in Japan.

Yamazato’s Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara has created new à la carte dishes for lunch and dinner including hot pot ‘Yanagawa style’ with eel; hairy crab cocktail, and north Pacific octopus with tomato carpaccio. There is an impressive selection of assorted sushi and sashimi and the menu also features fresh oysters served with yuzu citrus and lime sauce.

“Our aim is always to feature the best seafood and shellfish available in the markets,” says Shigeru Hagiwara. “Because of the limited season we have added the new dishes to both the lunch and dinner à la carte menus.”

Prices of individual items start at Baht 300++ and these new dishes are available from 6 to 28 June 2015.

Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
