Chef Jeremy’s refined dinner menu is served from 7 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. and features irresistible appetizers such ashalf a dozen Fine de Claire oysters with sauce mignonette or Thai spicy sauce, delicately flavoured salmon gravlax
with condiments and homemade blinis, and Chef Jerome’s signature egg mollet in a crispy nest on a wild mushroom fricassée with Parmesan foam and tender pork belly. Other highlights from the special menu include classic
French onion soup, comté cheese and crunchy walnut bread, melt-in-the-mouth steamed butterfish with king crab, black ink risotto and tom kha beurre blanc, and succulent rib eye roasted on the bone served with
an assortment of sauces, vegetable cocotte and pommes Duchesse.
