Celebrating its commitment to empowering economic and human possibility, Aon colleagues from 13 countries in Asia are partnering with their local charities to take part in Aon's Global Service Day, a company-wide initiative where colleagues in more than 40 countries will volunteer their time and efforts to support over 250 charity partners and spend more than 31,000 hours - making their communities a better place. Aon plc (NYSE:AON) is the leading global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing services.

Aon colleagues in Asia will work with different charitable organisations to hold various community activities. Those include fundraising for the underprivileged children, providing care to street children, orphans, disabled and elderly, trees planting, street cleaning, cooking and distributing meals to the underprivileged, conducting health care and food safety workshops for the public, and many more. Our charity partners in Asia include, among many others: Rainbow Room Foundation in Thailand, Cherished Dream Charitable Foundation in Shanghai, Hong Kong YWCA, Chiyoda Volunteer Center in Japan, Bright Hill Evergreen House and HCA Hospice in Singapore, the Salvation Army in Australia, etc.

Aon colleagues have the opportunity to make an impact on a community in need while also sharing their Global Service Day experience through social media. Colleagues and community partners are encouraged to use the hashtag #EmpowerResults to share their events and activities.
