Manheim expands its nationwide operating locations, reinforcing its leadership in Thailands vehicle auction and remarketing services

Manheim Asia Pacific, the world’s leading vehicle auction and remarketing company, has announced plans for continual growth in Thailand throughout 2015, as the Kingdom remains one of the organization’s major markets. This will included a major expansion as well as full renovation of its Bangkok auction site, to support the upsurge in customer demand, as Manheim consolidates its position as the leading vehicle auction company Thailand.

Manheim’s plans for this year are aimed at continuing to raise the overall service standard and while offering convenience for both buyers and sellers. With an additional 50,000 square meters at its Bangkok auction facility, Manheim is expanding its car storage service areas to accommodate the increase in number of used cars delivered to Manheim auction facilities, while being able to accommodate a further 4,500 cars. At the same time service areas are being renovated to specifically support each vehicle's maintenance requirements from each vendor. In addition, Manheim is looking to up country to three additional branches - Nakornsawan, Nakhonpathom and Saraburi, offering sellers an ever higher level of convenience as they send their vehicles to Manheim for auction.

At Manheim’s Bangkok location auction lanes are being increased from 5 to 7, for the weekly Wednesday auctions. Manheim’s auction sales covers all types of vehicles, ranging from those in pristine condition to those that are damaged, including cars, trucks and motorcycles. The capacity of Manheim's auction lanes now supports more than 1,500 vehicles per auction day, providing customers with a variety of choices that match their needs and reduces waiting time.

VIMS provides customers with access to accurate information about their vehicles that have been delivered to Manheim, such as auction and price offering historical data, bidding price, car delivery list for auction, analysis report. All of this aims to accommodate sellers with more convenience and a quicker service with the maximum security level by a user authentication security process, requiring username and password of each individual vendor."
