Our amazing Sunday Brunch at La Vue of Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok has just turned even more amazing – with its new special focus on “Egg to Perfection” which is ongoing in August onwards.

Our Executive Chef Grilles Poitevin brings his incredible talent by taking eggs “From the Chicken Coop” to delight you with his creative interpretations of truly “egg-cellent” specialties. You must try his “Poached Egg” choices such as Burgundian egg Meurette(red wine bacon sauce and shallots with crouton) and 1894 Waldorf egg Benedict (English muffin, bacon, hollandaise sauce); or his“Fried Egg”: Salardaise (sautéed potatoes, mushrooms, duck confit, foie gras gravy), Basquaise (capsicum tomato sauce, sautéed chorizo, and espelette pepper); or his “Scrambled Egg” creations with smoked salmon dill and smoked duck and mushrooms; and similarly delicious omelet renditions.

Of the course the usual a la carte spreads remain part of this delightful weekend buffet menu, now considered one of Bangkok’s best Sunday brunches.
