From Shang Palace in China to Shang Palace in Bangkok, Guest Chef Stephen Zou will showcase his talented culinary skills in Wenzhou cuisine for an unforgettable dining experience at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok starting today until 18 October 2015.

Shang Palace welcomes Executive Chef Stephen Zou from the Shang Palace at Shangri-La Hotel, Yangzhou. Chef Zou will bring his innovative and exciting Wenzhou-style cuisine, which combines nutritional content and over two decades of Chinese cooking expertiese, to please diners for lunch and dinner.

Chef Zou's amazing Wenzhou feast includes Marinated Beancurd with X.O. Sauce, Salted Yolk, Spring Onion and Olive Dish; Marinated Duck Tongue with Special Sauce; Stewed Shredded Yellow Croaker with Tonic Wine; Double-Boiled Quail Eggs and Minced Prawn Soup with Mushroom and Ham; Braised Prawns with American Ginseng; Steamed Fresh Crabs with Pork Ribs and many more delicious dishes. Prices range from 170++ baht to 2,300++ baht per dish.

Executive Chef Stephen Zou learned his cooking skills from Chinese celebrity chef Huayun Qiu at Wenzhou restaurant, which was regarded as the cradle of Wenzhou cuisine. During his 20 years of work experience in Chinese cuisine, he had the opportunity to cook for royal families and aristocrats, head of states, country leaders, chief operating officers of multinational companies and world-wide celebrities. He has also published many culinary books, such as Wenzhou Master Chef and Wenzhou Cuisine Promotion in Overseas.
