Prem student wins the Young Chefs Thailand Competition 2015

On 19 September, the 2015 Young Chef Thailand competition was held at Prem Tinsulanonda International School. There were twenty students from schools across Thailand and four competitors from the Philippines who were keen to take the trophy home. An outstanding panel of chefs and gourmets, including the Executive Chefs from the Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai and Le Meridien Hotel Chiang Mai, judged this year's competition. At the end of the three rounds, the top three chefs were Sersang N (Prem), Josephine M (Regina Coeli College) and Jinnipa P (Regina Coeli College). Each chef was then invited to use the ingredients provided in a "mystery box" to produce one last dish for the judges to sample ... and the overall winner was Sersang from Prem.
