From now, Hotel Muse Bangkok invites diners to experience Babette's Lunch at its glamourous 19th floor restaurant, Babette's | The Steakhouse Bangkok.

The renowned restaurant's new Executive Chef, Tobias Schwarzendorfer, has created outstanding two and three course set lunch menus, perfect as an impressive business lunch or for relaxed dining with friends.

Starters to enjoy in the elegant restaurant include goat cheese wrapped in pancetta with green lettuce and tomato tartar, and flavoursome salmon sashimi with cucumber, crispy onion, garden radish and tobiko. Diners also have salads and soups to choose from such as mixed salad with grilled black tiger prawns, avocado, and pancetta, and clear chicken consomme with mushroom ravioli, Asian greens and chillie. There are also hearty gourmet sandwiches including grilled beef steak with caramelized onions, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and aioli.

Main dishes include succulent 160 gramme striploin, ribeye or tenderloin steak served with your choice of a side such as French fries, mixed salad, creamy spinach, sauteed mushrooms, and sauces including blue cheese, creamy peppercorn, bearnaise, and red wine shallot. There is also tender chicken breast with Hong Kong kale, potatoes, and leeks, full-flavoured oven-baked salmon fillet with bok choi and coconut, and more. Your memorable set lunch at Babette's | The Steakhouse Bangkok ends on a high note with desserts of chocolate mousse with nuts, caramel, and milk ice cream, irresistible yoghurt lemon panna cotta with strawberry coulis and basil ice cream, and the sublime Cafe Gourmand, a gourmet coffee accompanied by three delightful mignardises.

Executive Chef, Tobias Schwarzendorfer is gifted Austrian chef. He has worked in some of the world's top kitchens, including Le Loft Restaurant at Sofitel Vienna Stephansdom where served Euro-Asian-Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and unique Austrian and French dishes created by three Michelin star Chef Antoine Westermann. Although classically trained, Chef Tobias is accomplished in the art of contemporary gastronomy and uses modern techniques to ensure dining at Babette's | The Steakhouse Bangkok is a feast for the senses as well as the palate.

Babette's set lunch menu is available as two courses for THB 449++ or three courses for THB 599++. An à la carte menu is also available.
