DirectAsia.com sets a benchmark for customer care in Contact Centre Trade Association awards

DirectAsia.com, the online insurance pioneer, has won eight awards in The Contact Centre Trade Association (TCCTA) 2015 awards programme, the highest number won by any of the competing organisations.

Organisations from various industries in Thailand qualified to the final round of the awards, with the ceremony being held on 27 January 2016 at Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit.

In total 29 awards were presented, divided into two categories, namely Corporate with 12 awards, and Individual with 17 awards.

DirectAsia.com was recognized eight times by the TCCTA.

DirectAsia.com was awarded as Best Telemarketing Contact Centre in the Corporate category.

DirectAsia.com also took seven awards in the Individual category.

In the Best Contact Centre Agent the company won two Honourable Mention awards and one Outstanding award. The Best Contact Centre Supervisor category saw the company gather one Outstanding award and one Honourable Mention. One Honourable Mention award was won in the Best Contact Centre Support Professional category, and one Outstanding award was presented in the Best Contact Centre Manager category.

Also winning awards were Kasikorn Bank, TAT, Bangkok Hospital, Bang Chak Petroleum, DHL, Brother Communication, TTRS, and 1577 Home Shopping.

DirectAsia.com launched in Thailand in 2013 and is part of DirectAsia.com Group which recently celebrated it's 5th anniversary and has insurance operations also on Singapore and Hong Kong.

In July, DirectAsia.com Singapore was named as one of 2015 Asia's Top Influential Brands, being cited as winner of the Direct-to-Consumer Insurer Award. Top Influential Brands awards are presented by Brand Alliance to evaluate and recognise brand excellence in Asia. August saw DirectAsia.com Hong Kong receive the Best Online Insurance Service Provider award under the e–brand Awards 2015, organised by eZone Magazine and Hong Kong Economic Times.
