IMPACT and Sphere Exhibits are ready to organize BMAM GBR Expo Asia 2016

IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. has teamed up with Sphere Exhibits, the exhibition organizer from Singapore to organize THAILAND FACILITY MANAGEMENT & GREEN BUILDING INDUSTRY FORUM, held at Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok. It has finally announced the readiness of BMAM & GBR Expo Asia 2016, which is the international exhibition for facility management, building maintenance and as well as the latest trends and solutions in green building.

Ms. Pornphan Bulner, director of IMPACT Exhibition Organizer, IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. stated that "From a great success of BMAM & GBR Expo Asia in previous edition, there were exhibitors more than 140 companies from 13 countries participating and exhibiting their latest technology and service. The number of visitors attending was more than 8,000 from 36 countries including Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, India, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Australia etc.

In order to build on the success, IMPACT is working closely with Sphere Exhibits to arrange the next edition of BMAM Expo Asia 2016, The 9th International Exhibition and Conference on Building Maintenance & Facility Management as well as GBR Expo Asia 2016, The 6th International Exhibition and Conference on Green Building & Retrofits during 21-23 September 2016, Hall 5, IMPACT Exhibition & Convention Center, Bangkok, Thailand.

The organizers of BMAM & GBR Expo Asia 2016 intend to hold THAILAND FACILITY MANAGEMENT & GREEN BUILDING INDUSTRY FORUM as a platform to exchange knowledge relating to Building Maintenance & Facility Management towards AEC with Quality Standard and The Development of Green Building Thailand to Conserve Energy led by Mr. Ayuthaporn Buranakul, President of Thailand.

Mr. Ayuthaporn Buranakul, President of Thailand Facility Management Association (TFMA) said that "The importance of building management is not only maintaining the buildings to be in a good working condition but also to manage the buildings to be efficient in terms of energy expenditure facilities. The most important thing is to taking care of life safety and property of the residents. Facility Management (FM) is essential, particularly when the country is stepping forward into AEC. Positioning itself well in the time of AEC is significant, particularly when it comes to attracting foreign investors, also bridging government policies with Building and Facility Management.

This move is a great challenge and a new opportunity in FM industry. As such BMAM Expo Asia 2016 and GBR Expo Asia 2016 is the gateway for foreign investors to connect business with Thai entrepreneurs who are operating in FM industry.

Mr. Kaittipat Sonchareon, Civil Engineer Building Control Division Department of Public Works, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration said that "Bangkok, the nation's capital as a center of government, education, transportation, commerce, communications services, including advances in all areas of the city have expanded rapidly . To accommodate a variety of activities, Bangkok is currently building up. Whether it is a high-rise building large buildings and public buildings especially in areas where there is a growing business, the footfall of people coming in and out of these buildings in Bangkok is constantly high. Therefore, maintaining building stability and safety by the specialist is important in order to prevent hazardous affect to life, health and property of citizens".
