Executive Chef Tobias Schwarzendorfer and his team at Babette's | The Steakhouse Bangkok, Hotel Muse Bangkok, celebrate the arrival of springtime in Italy with a fabulous selection of succulent lamb dishes.

The special seasonal menu includes the Italian-inspired ossobucco made using full-flavoured lamb shank, slow cooked to succulent fall off the bone perfection and served with creamy truffled mashed potatoes and a side salad, and rack of spring lamb with short crust pastry filled with baked stuffed mushrooms, served with peas, carrots and a cranberry jus. There's alsoknuckle of lamb with ratatouille and roast potatoes, and crisp lamb belly with sweetbread, calamarata noodles, wild mushrooms, baby spinach and crème fraiche. Exotic dishes on the menu include Moroccan spiced spring lamb tagine with dried apricots and plums, glazed vegetables, and roasted pine nuts served with couscous, and lamb tenderloin filet in herb crust with Asian eggplant, grilled onions and a honey jus. Friends and family dining together at Babette's | The Steakhouse Bangkok can choose a crowd-pleasing whole roasted leg of spring lamb to share between six persons and served with tasty condiments of your choice.
