Anchala graduated from Ramkhanhaeng University, earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Major in International Business Management, Minor in Marketing. She has 12 years of experience working in hotel industry. She started her career in hospitality as Housekeeping Coordinator at Hyatt Regency Hua-Hin in 2014 then got a promoted to be Housekeeping Team Leader (Supervisor) in 2009 and appointed to be Assistant Housekeeping Manager in 2011 at the same hotel. In 2012 she moved to worked with Plaza Athenee Bangkok at the same position and got a promoted to be Executive Housekeeper in 2014 before left to join at Amari Watergate Bangkok as Director of Housekeeping.
