Le Danang Vietnamese Restaurant: fresh spring rolls with thinly-sliced pork, king prawns and aromatic herbs; avocado salad with crab; charcoal-grilled minced prawn on sugar cane; prawn soup with shiitake mushroom and green asparagus; grilled snow fish with tamarind sauce and sauteed tiger prawn with garlic.
2. Dynasty Chinese Restaurant: stir-fried fish maw; baked pork spare ribs served with spicy salt; chicken with red wine; sauteed fresh scallops with chili sauce Sichuan style; deep-fried prawns with mayonnaise and sauteed fresh conch shell with X.O. sauce.
3. Hagi Japanese Restaurant: tofu and mushroom, wakame miso soup, seafood akadashi (red miso soup); osuimono with sea scallops (clear soup); crispy white prawns with spicy sesame mayo; seared salmon sashimi salad with yuzu soy dressing.
4.
