IN SEASON AT KISS0 JAPANESE RESTAURANT

With its mission to serve each season's most invigorating dining in Japan, Kisso Japanese Restaurant at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok presents special menus for June and July featuring a delicacy currently in the ascendency in the best restaurants from Tokyo to Kyoto: "certified Kobe Wine Beef."

Cows drink beer, are massaged with rice wine and listen to classical music to produce Kobe Wine Beef which Japanese meat lovers consider the epitome of fine dining. Besides only being pure Tajima-gyu cows born and raised in Hy?go Prefecture, the grains and grasses they feed on must only come from within the Prefecture. The meat itself must have a fat marbling ratio of level 6 or above and a Meat Quality Score of A-4 or A-5 (the top grades).
