Exclusive Brainstorming Session for Dutch Culinary Promotion at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok

Wim N.M. Fagel (4th left), general manager of Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, recently held an exclusive meeting in order to brainstorm ideas for the hotel's up-coming "Dutch Culinary Promotion", to be held on the 22nd to 30th of September 2016". The event will be held in cooperation with the Netherlands – Thai Chamber of Commerce (NTCC), led by executive director Hans van den Born (2nd left), and a group from Stenden University, led by Sandy Loup (6th left), academic dean.

Special Dutch-inspired dishes will be created by an Executive Chef who expert in Dutch cuisine from Stenden University, Albert Kooy (3rd left), which will be featured on the hotel's buffet and a la carte menu. The exclusive meeting was held at Blue Sky Bar and Dining, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok.
