In September at the Weekend Buffet (Friday to Sunday), our chefs take you to Alaska with premium sustainable seafood flown in fresh from America. Irresistible dishes will include appetizers of bay scallops, a small scallop, now in peak season and renowned for sweeter and more tender flesh than larger sea scallops. The delicious morsels will be served with roasted pineapple salsa and basil. Other appetizers will include dill marinated Alaskan sockeye salmon, smoked Alaskan butter fish, and steamed Alaskan snow crab. Classic oysters Rockefeller, cioppino, a comforting seafood stew, jumbo crab ravioli served with a tomato cream sauce, and more, will complete the buffet for a memorable dining experience with friends and family.
