Mr. Wisudhi Srisuphan, Deputy Minister of Finance, presided over the opening of "The 3rd ASEAN Fixed Income Summit", organised by the Secondary Mortgage Corporation (SMC), at the grand ballroom, Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok recently.
