HRH Princess Soamsawali Phraworarachadhinaddamatu, yesterday graciously presided over "The Honorary Plaque Presentation Ceremony to thank you all supporters of The Foundation for the Welfare of the Mentally Retarded of Thailand" welcomed by Mrs. Saisom Wongsasulak, President of The Foundation for the Welfare of the Mentally Retarded of Thailand and Ms. Thitima Tirakijpong, Managing Director of the Emerald Hotel at Grand Ballroom.
