Kung pao chicken is created from chicken that is stir-fried with mixed nuts and Szechuan chilli peppers, and is priced at THB 280++. Poached sliced beef served in a hot chilli oil made from Chinese wine, dried red chilli, garlic, and Szechuan pepper is priced at THB 420++. The famous Szechuan hot and sour soup, THB 220++, is a powerfully flavoured soup made with pork julienne, black mushrooms, tofu, vinegar, and Szechuan peppercorns.
