We have adopted lean principles, which are meant to maximize the efficiency of work process, starting from the design of workflow that covers the reception of goods, storage and distribution. By using the innovative Digital Picking System, products can be stored and then distributed to Amway Business Owners and members, and timely available for home delivery and all 83 Amway Shops nationwide. This digitally detected and controlled work process helps increase speed and precision in goods management while reducing operational costs. In addition, quicker loading of goods to any vehicle is possible through the use of Digital Loading System that allows tracking of status digitally without using printed documents. These new technology developments are put in the priority list at Amway as we plan and prepare for future growth."
