Mr. Ruechatchai Phlangsoosirichai, Pastry Chef of IMPACT Bakery, stated that "Enrolling IMPACT Bakery team to national level competition would provide an endless personal development for our chefs as a leader in bakery. The chefs would need to create their own menu, source raw materials and develop their decorating skills to meet criteria of catering at international level and always stay up to date with the latest trends. The accomplishment of gold medal and royal trophy from Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali as a result of 'Free Style Cake Decoration and Free Style Hot Dessert Competition' is our first reward for the year 2017".
Following on from there, IMPACT sent two talented chefs to compete in the biggest national competition at THAIFEX-World of Food Asia 2017; Ms. Chulee Aungkab competed in the Petites Fours/Pralines Challenge andMr. Nawaphong Roongjang competed in the Different Individually Western Plated Desserts (no tasting) Challenge. The design theme was Dessert of Love, allowing the two chefs to create their special menu, showcase their talent and finally win bronze medal as well as receiving certificates and consolation prize accordingly.
Extensive experience and several awards received and enjoyed by IMPACT chefs are indications of high quality and customer satisfaction guarantee, and at the same time highlighting the potential of IMPACT chef team and IMPACT's leadership in catering services meeting international standard under Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000).
