Autumn has arrived and Attico at Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok is heralding in the season with an exquisite menu of innovative Italian dishes featuring 'Wild Game & Truffles' during the month of October and November at Bangkok's only rooftop Italian restaurant located on the 28th floor.

It is officially the beginning of "hunting" season in Italy and Chef Matteo is highlighting the bounty of rural Italy by incorporating pheasant, rabbit and truffles into his dishes as part of our "Italian Journey" culinary adventure. Discover a taste of the Italian countryside with high-quality imported ingredients that will tantalize your taste buds and satisfy your soul.

Italian truffles are highly prized and regarded as one of the world's most luxurious delicacies while being universally appreciated for their woodsy aroma and delicate umami flavor. Enjoy truffles in dishes such as Pan Seared Sea Bream w/Porcini Mushroom & Truffle; and Chef Matteo's Fontina Cheese Fondue, Shaved Truffle & Crumbled Hazelnuts. Truffles also pair well with game, as evidenced by creations such as Rabbit w/ Violet Artichoke & Shaved Truffle and Homemade "tagliolini" in Truffle Cream Sauce & Sausage.
