Summer Palace at InterContinental Bangkok celebrates regional Chinese cuisine throughout December.

Esteemed for Cantonese specialties, Summer Palace likewise is highly regarded for other regional Chinese cuisines. In November and December, Szechuan takes the spotlight with the restaurant's "Celebrate the Region: Szechuan" menu.

Dish highlights include Braised Alaskan King Crab with Home-Made Chili Paste Sichuan Sauce, Deep-Fried Prawns with Dried Chili Spicy Sichuan Style, Braised Assorted Seafood with Roast Duck Chili Paste Sichuan Sauce in Hot Pot, and more.

Prices start at Baht 380++ per dish.
