Savor the smoky succulence of Yakimono cuisine served straight to your plate still sizzling from the authentic Japanese charcoal grill.

Throughout January and February 2018, Utage Japanese restaurant, floor 3, The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok presents five marvellously umami menus starring charcoal-grilled prime Taraba crab, Japanese oyster, Japanese scallop, Japanese Miyazaki beef and Taraba crab, kaki, hotate and miyazaki beef, each served with three kinds of sauces that direct the flavors into different dimensions.

A la carte menu starts from THB 1,200++ per dish.

Subtly detailed modern design hosts Japanese cuisine inspired by nature, the seasons and tradition at Utage. The decor is low-key and unassuming, the better to allow the culinary delicacies on offer at the eatery to dominate. Fresh, prime and full of flavor, every specialty is expertly executed.
