PTT Group persuades Children to seek their dreams on Children’s Day 2018.

Be a part of PTT KID RANGERS completing the energy mission in "the company's 2018 National Children's Day activity". Children can enjoy new experiences and shows as well as embrace imagination through many activities. The activity was designed in terms of edutainment to boost children's awareness in energy-saving and conservation of natural resources because the children of today are the future of tomorrow.

Today (January 13, 2018), at PTT Head Office on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road in Bangkok, Mr. Athavuth Vikitsreth, PTT Senior Executive Vice President in Government Relations Project said "PTT Group has organized "the company's 2018 National Children's Day activity" under the concept of "Power of Children creates a brighter future". The objective is to provide children not only entertainment, but also knowledge. The provided activities enhance children's creativity as well as innovative thinking, and also encourage them to apply the knowledge in their daily life. They are expected to become noble, capable, and responsible members of the society and to help drive the country to prosperity security and sustainability, so as to be able to play a part in national security and sustainability, when they grow up. The event is under the collaboration among PTT Group consisting of PTT, PTTEP, PTTGC, Thaioil, IRPC, GPSC, and ENCO.

The PTT Group's 2018 National Children's Day activity is created under the theme of "Pride and Treasure of Thailand", showing the missions of PTT Group as the national energy company. PTT Group operates its integrated business operations in energy and petrochemical with equal response to all stakeholders. Regarding this year's activities, children could play a part of PTT KID RANGERS, doing mission with many adventures. Besides, various activities such as Follow Hero's step, Empty bottle bother with snacks, DIY (do-it-yourself), were prepared for children to exercise their creativity and to come up with inventions or innovative toys made from used materials. This is to enhance children's energy-saving mind and awareness of natural resource conservation. Also, they could participate the outdoor stage performances as well as a lot of prizes at the front lawn of the complex. Moreover, 40th PTT anniversary exhibition displays PTT journey during the last 40 years. Furthermore, at the second-floor auditorium, an animation film on "GODJI the adventure" was presented.

"PTT has greatly placed emphasis on developing an education system for young people as today's children will become tomorrow's adults who will play an important role in developing and driving the country's future. Therefore, PTT is striving to the develop education for Thai youths to improve their knowledges and skills as well as to enhance their creativity through many projects and activities. Besides the Children's day activity held at PTT Headquarter, PTT also organized the Children's day activity in other areas, where PTT offices are located in, including in the area of Sirinart Rajini Ecosystem Learning Center in Prajuabkirikhan province, The metro forest project on Sukhapiban 2 road, Bangkok, Wangchan Forest Project in Rayong. In this year, PTT initiated "Pun Suk Sang Yim" fundraising campaign for Baannokkamin Foundation, raising THB 244,529 which will be brought to buy equipping schools and gave to youths in the foundation as a gifts as well as encouraged them to have a beautiful smile and better life in the future" Mr. Athavuth added.
