ASCOTT THAILAND AND ICARE THAILAND FOUNDATION BROUGHT CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR PARTY TO UNPRIVILEDGED CHILDREN IN CHIANG RAI

CapitaLand's wholly-owned serviced residence business unit, The Ascott Limited (Ascott) organised the expedition trip to Doi Wiangpha Pittaya school, Chiang Rai province for a Christmas and New Year party to hand out the toys & gifts collected from residents and staffs at their 11 Ascott's properties in Thailand to over 500 children in need.

Mr. Brian Tan, Ascott's Country General Manager for Thailand together with Ms Thitirat Ditpanya, Ascott's Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing for Thailand, team-members of Ascott's Thailand as well as volunteers from iCare Thailand Foundation distributed more than 500 of presents including toys, stationaries and bicycles to the children at the 'Doi Wiangpha Pittaya School', Chiang Rai province. Teamed up volunteers visited 30 families housed around the school's villages to offer them some goodie-bags and blankets for their use.

Mr. Brian Tan, Ascott's Country General Manager for Thailand, said: "We are happy to be a part of this wonderful project to make a different for the children and very glad to receive many supports from everyone. We hope that our little help will make a memorable Christmas and New Year experience for the children there."
