Spasso welcomes all lovers to celebrate a romantic moment with a special 4-course menu created by Chef Roberto Parentela. Start with Carpaccio di Mare (Yellowfin Tuna, Smoked Swordfish, Avocado, Young Fennel, Pantelleria Capers and Citrus Olive Oil) and choose from Ravioli (Homemade Squid Ink, Mediterranean Langoustine, Capsicum, Couscous Trapanese) or Risotto (Carnaroli Rice, Heirloom Beetroot, Gorgonzola, and Truffle Pearls). Moreover, enjoy more with the option to share Trota Salmonata (Pan-Seared Ocean Trout, Potato Cream, Brussels Sprout, and Royal Oscietra Caviar) or Anatra In Due Cotture (Braised Duck Leg, Slow-Cooked Duck Breast, Roasted Romanesco Cauliflower Cream, Bourbon Vanilla) and Dolce (Dark Chocolate Semifreddo, Pepperoncino Chilli, Red Orange, Raspberry) with your loved one.
