Slow simmered specials for flavour-full menu at Oasis

Sous vide cooking, in which the ingredients are packed into a vacuum bag and then slow simmered, is being used for a special menu at Oasis, in Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, available throughout January.

Dishes on this menu are beef Bourgogne with truffle potato mash, Indian-style chicken with yoghurt and cardamom, Indonesian oxtail with steamed rice, and Shanghai braised pork hock with rice and sweet sauce.
