Regional Menus at basil

Following the success of the "Four Regions" menus at basil, Chef Kesinee has introduced a new and exciting selection of authentic dishes from Thailand's north and the central plains.

"The Lanna Voyage" invites diners to explore the cuisine of northern Thailand with dishes such as gaeng kanoon moo, young jackfruit and pork curry, and tom hua peuak gai, spicy free-range chicken and taro soup. Lovers of authentic Thai flavors can also explore the central plains on "A Journey through Thailand's Heartland" with highlights that include pla hoi shell, seared scallops with spicy green mango salad, lemongrass and chili jam, and pla samros, crispy seabass with fried shallots and dried chili with tamarind sauce. basil also offers a daily changing lunchtime curry buffet with a choice of appetizers, noodle favorites, classic curries, and desserts.

The newly refurbished basil is an award-winning Thai restaurant with a fresh dining concept that highlights the incredible diversity, high quality ingredients, and authentic flavors of Thai cuisine from four distinct regions; the central plains, the north, northeast and the south. Exciting menus revisit classics and also present intriguing less well-known dishes.
