The southern platter is served in Khantoke style featuring southern Thai dishes including Stir-fried Crab with curry powder, Fried Tiger Prawn with tamarind sauce, Sour Thai Fish Soup and young coconut shoots, Smoked Shrimps with spicy shrimp paste served with vegetables, Deep-fried Fish with lemon grass and steamed rice.
