With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Mr. Chen has previously worked with Ascott, having started with the Company in Singapore in the year 2004 before assignments in Beijing, Bangkok and Hanoi as the Residence Manager of the Somerset West Lake property. In the year 2008, he returned to Bangkok as the Residence Manager of the flagship Ascott Sathorn Bangkok property for six years.
After which, Mr. Chen served with Leading Quality Assurance as one of their quality assurance consultants. As one of hospitality's largest quality assurance companies, he brings invaluable experience on both service and quality excellence.
Commenting on his current appointment, Mr. Chen said:
