Meet your instructor chef in the hotel lobby and travel to the morning Sam Yan market by tuk-tuk to shop for ingredients and sample local street food. Return to the hotel and enjoy a fresh coconut at Zin Bar, before heading over to the poolside sala for the hands-on theory session and cooking class. Learn about Thai cuisine's cultural significance and health benefits, indigenous ingredients and cooking equipment, as well as convenient replacements to use at home.
