Chef Stefano Zaninelli artfully prepares some of the tastiest ever white asparagus dishes, in both classical and contemporary styles, such as white asparagus panna cotta with poached asparagus, mimosa sauce and San Daniele ham (THB 690++); white asparagus risotto served with pan fried scallops (THB 850++); pan-roasted veal loin wrapped with bacon, buttered white asparagus and Marsala wine reduction (THB 1,560++); poached snow fish "acqua pazza" with white asparagus, tomatoes, herbs and white wine (THB 1,430++) and many other delicious options.
