In May, Kongju Korean Restaurant is celebrating the warm summer days with a traditional Korean-style salad as its monthly special. Dwae Gee Go Gi Kwa Chae features thin slices of flavorsome pork, green onions, bean mash, garlic, chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar and, for a sweet touch, apples and pears. The slight spicy, sour and sweet sensations combine wonderfully in this really refreshing dish, and it is available, for lunch or dinner, for just THB 300 nett.
