Chef Warinthorn Sumrithphon, Head Chef at Spice Market carefully prepare a refreshing array of Thai dishes that make the most of the bounty of local fruits such as 'Lychee Phad Preaw Warn - Deep Fried Lychee Stuffed Pork and Shrimp, stir-fried with vegetables in sweet and sour sauce ', 'Num Prik Ragum Goong Yang - Salak Fruit Relish with Grilled River Prawn and vegetables' and 'Tom Sab Ta Ling Pling Nua Toon - Spicy Beef Cheeks Soup with Bilimbi, Roasted Rice, Shallot', to name a few. Prices start from THB 320++ (subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT)
