GLORY ANNOUNCES BROADCAST DEAL WITH TRUEVISIONS

Global stand-up combat leader partners with Thailand's leading cable and satellite provider to deliver fights from world's best strikers, including Thai champions Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong and Petchpanomrung Kiatmookao

GLORY, the world's premier stand-up combat league, and TrueVisions, the country's leading pay-TV operator, today announced an agreement establishing TrueVisions' channel network as the broadcast home of GLORY and its unparalleled roster of top strikers through 2018.

The deal includes live broadcasts of all GLORY fight cards throughout the year. All events will air live on True Sport, beginning this Saturday, Aug. 25 with GLORY 57 Shenzhen and GLORY 57 SuperFight Series. Thai fans can now tune in to True Visions; "True Sport" Network, for this premier global championship league and with True Visions Anywhere, fans can watch it not only in the comfort of their own home, but also on their devices wherever they prefer.

Thailand's most dominant fighter, GLORY lightweight (70 kilograms) champion "Killer Kid" Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong (120-30-5, 32 KO, fighting out of Bangkok, Thailand), will headline GLORY 57 Shenzhen. His opponent in the main event matchup is Armenian-Belgium star Marat Grigorian (59-10-2, 35 KO, fighting out of the Netherlands), who enters the bout on a seven-fight winning streak.

Sitthichai has defended the lightweight title four times since capturing it in June of 2016, bringing his overall GLORY record to an astonishing 9-1 and cementing his place as the top lightweight in the world.

Next month, fans can watch Buriram's own Petchpanomrung Kiatmookao (160-36-2, 27 KO, fighting out of Buriram, Thailand) compete for the undisputed featherweight crown, as he puts his interim title up against two-time featherweight champion Robin "Poker Face" van Roosmalen (40-7, 21 KO, fighting out of the Netherlands) in a title unification bout at GLORY 59 Amsterdam on Saturday, Sept. 29.
