Anand Panyarachun, who was presiding over the provincial conference on the policy of sustainable beach development and sustainable ecotourism held at the Napalai Convention Hall at Dusit Thani Pattaya. The conference was also attended by Khun Somchai Sumanushajonkul, Deputy Director of the Marine Department; the management of the Marine Department; government sector personnel; and local representatives.
