Prepared using only the finest ingredients, Chef Phu's new menu includes over 50 dishes for every type of preference; the seafood lovers, the carnivores and of course the vegetarians as well.
Some of the must-try highlights are Crispy Snow Fish and Cauliflower, with watercress and Spanish onions, jalapeños, cherry tomatoes, fresh squeezes of lime and extra virgin olive oil, as following course, you can try the Black Ink Lobster Linguini, cooked in mouthwatering sauce of garlic with sun dried tomatoes, dried chili, Boston lobster and extra virgin olive oil.
Also, everyone's new favourite is Tom Yum flavoured Seafood Risotto with top shellfish and local seafood giving it the perfect mix of flavors to perfection. Do not miss the Oven Baked Alaskan Cod on baby spinach, with the best local clams and white wine reduction.
The new selection also comes with Chef Phu's secret-recipe sauce for Parma Ham and Rocket Salad Pizza recipe.
And, last but not least, as the peak of the excitement, their elegant and best in town dessert, Flame Chocolate Romanoff, served with powerful absinthe and with just the perfect smoothness in texture and taste that it will gently melt in your mouth.
