DHL Express Recognized as #Best Employer in Thailand 2018 by Aon Hewitt for the Fourth Time

DHL Express, the world's leading international express services provider, has been awarded the 2018 'Best Employer in Thailand' by Aon Hewitt, a leading global professional services firm at the Siam Kempinski Hotel. This is the fourth time DHL Express Thailand has won this award, reflecting its success in sustaining a high level of company's employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, noteworthy employer brand and high performance culture.

The Aon Global Employee Experience 2018 Study reinforces 'Engagement' as the strongest measure of employee experience for organizations and recognizes Best Employers that inspire their employees with a compelling vision. The study focused on a data-driven approach derived from four core elements: employee engagement; compelling employer brand; effective leadership and a culture that drives high performance.

Results of the study show that DHL Express Thailand leads the way by exceeding Thailand's average score for high performance culture index by 29%, leadership index by 27%, engagement index by 22% and employer brand index by 19%. In particular, DHL Express Thailand's score in Effective Leadership (91%) and High Performance Culture (89%) is ahead of Best Employers Thailand's score this year.

In addition to the Aon Hewitt award, DHL Express Thailand was recently certified as a Great Place to Work(R) in June 2018 by the Great Place to Work Institute for the first time. DHL Express Thailand also received the Top Employer award by Top Employers Institute this year.
