The cuisine at the hotel as well as Art performances and events are inspired by the late beloved King and The Royal Family of Thailand. The fruits and vegetables are sourced from The Thai Royal Project Foundation which is one of initiated projects of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. Funded by His Majesty's personal fund, the Royal Project commenced its works in 1969, with the aim of improving the quality of life of hill-tribe people, to diminish their opium growing and to revive the forests and water resources, and presented not just daily but at some special events at the hotel, including the Vegetarian Festival.

@Medinii (35th Fl.): "Vegetarian Festival" is celebrated from October 8th to 17th with a come 4 and pay 3 promotion for daily lunch buffet at THB 1099 Net. At Medinii, you will find Porcini Ravioli, Risotto with black truffle sauce, Lasagna Spinach, Potato Gratin made a la Minute for lunch and dinner.
@Bangkok Heightz (39th Fl.): Our superb chef brings all the ingredients from The Royal Project to prepare popular signature dishes as Phad Thai (Authentic Glass noodles and traditional Tamarind Sauce), Ka-Prao Tao Hu (Stir-fried tofu with Basil), Tom Yum Hed (Mushroom in hot & spicy soup), Larb Tao Hu (Vegetarian tofu with spicy herb), etc.
