Herbalife Nutrition Hosts Athlete Recovery Seminar for SCG Muangthong FC

Dr. Korakod Panich shares post-training recovery tips to enhance athletic performance

Herbalife Nutrition, a premier global nutrition company whose purpose is to make the world healthier and happier, recently organized a training seminar led by Dr. Korakod Panich, a Thai sports medicine expert and a member of the Herbalife Nutrition Advisory Board (NAB). He shared his insights on "Athlete Recovery" with members of the SCG Muangthong football team and explained to them in detail the importance of full body recovery for better athletic performance.

During the seminar, participants were served Herbalife CR7 Drink Mix, the new enhanced hydration drink, as the sports doctor explained the recovery techniques through the right nutrition to reduce the chance of body pain and soreness, to build muscles and to enhance better athletic performance.
