Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok's authentic Thai restaurant, Salathip, invites gourmets to re-imagine their dining experience in the royal Thai tradition, prepared by our Thai Chef de Cuisine Yannavit Theerasomboonkun, along with Thai performances during the Thai Cultural Night. This elegant theme night is exclusively available on Wednesdays from now, from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., priced at 1,888++ baht.

Salathip team serves a set menu with Thai touches featuring authentic ingredients and classic recipes, such as the appetisers Yam Som-O Goong (authentic Thai Pomelo Salad with Prawn) and Pla Sai Daeng Thord Sauce Ka-Min (Fried Ornate Threadfin Fish with Yellow Turmeric).

Diners can relish the savoury dishes, including the juicy taste of Goong Yang (Grilled Prawn), Gai Yang Thai Duem (Authentic Thai Grilled Chicken) and Thai favourite street food Look Chin Moo Ping (Grilled Pork Ball).

Following by a choice of main courses from Chef Yannavit's creations, namely, Nuea Australia Yang Sauce Thai (Grilled Australian Tenderloin Beef with Thai Sauce) and the finest signature of the night, Phad Thai Sud Boran (Stir-Fried Authentic Thai Noodles with Prawn).

This divine set menu fills the cultural night with plenty choices of attractive Thai desserts, such as Khanom Buang Thai (Thai Crispy Pancake) and Look Lan Cheuam Nam Kaeng Sai (Sweet Ball Yard in Syrub with Ice Snowflakes).
