The Huawei ICT Competition 2018-2019 is being carried out in several rounds: preliminary, national final and global final. Throughout the event, enriching activities are being organized such as roadshows, training and lectures, to enable participants to explore and learn the latest ICT technologies, products and trends.
By the end of January, the top 200 students selected through the online screening will be qualified to join the Huawei Camp Thailand Competition in February. Here, they will go through 3 days of intensive training and testing for Huawei Certified Network Associate -Routing and Switching (HCNA-R&S), and be exposed to and work with the latest ICT knowledge.
The top 3 participants will then form the team that will represent Thailand in the Global Final to be held in Shenzhen, China in May 2019. They will have the chance to win exclusive prizes including a trip to enhance ICT knowledge and expand cultural experiences, as well as the opportunity to work at Huawei.
Mr Paboth Kraikritayakul, a member of the winning team last year from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang said "This is a good opportunity for me to participate in such a much-awaiting competition for students in ICT field, which allows me to broaden my experiences. It is also a journey to explore the latest ICT technologies and innovative products, and to understand the latest industry trends."
