Chef Manuel Gastelum launches Trader Vic's new menu for a new year, with an exotic medley of Pacific Rim flavours. Following in the footsteps of the original trader, Chef Manuel experiments with cooking techniques and indigenous ingredients from California to Indonesia, Hawaii to China. Available from now until 30th December 2019.

New dishes include the Alaskan king crab cake (THB 440++); Szechwan prawns (THB 810++); spicy chilli tofu (THB410++) and a fusion edamame ravioli served in a creamy ricotta sauce (THB 320++).

Classic creations remain of course, such as the healthy yellowfin tuna and avocado poke bowl (THB 440++) and paper-thin beef fillet flambeed tableside (THB 1,450++). Bangkok's only Chinese wood-fired oven features large, with favourites including the barbecue spare ribs slow-smoked and glazed in house sauce (THB 880++), honey-satay spiced rack of lamb (THB 1,100++), the fiery diablo chicken served with salsa roja (THB 690++) and many more delicious choices.
