As of now, the new fine-dining tasting menu is being served outside on our breezy alfresco dining deck, as well as inside our air-conditioned dining room, which also still delivers some stunning views across the city.
With an emphasis on fresh, premium ingredients combined with French-inspired cooking techniques and artistic flair, the new seasonal menu features the likes of Veal balls "Bitterballen" with Dijon mustard; Bone marrow with green asparagus soup and morel "fricassee"; Lobster and white asparagus "meuniere"; and Pan-seared veal loin "Apicius" with glazed carrot "au jus".
The full set menu is priced at THB 2,955++ per person with an additional wine pairing option for each course at THB 1855++ extra per person.
